About
I’m a Life Directionist, writer, and podcast host.
My role is to hold perspective at moments when familiar structures fall away and direction is unclear.
My background spans education and professional learning across the human lifespan, which led to a long-standing interest in how adults navigate transition — particularly periods of burnout, identity shift, relationship change, and reinvention. These moments are rarely about fixing or improving. They are about discernment, timing, and recognising what no longer belongs.
I’m the author of Embrace Spirituality and Enhance Your Human Experience and a contributing author to collaborative publications exploring contemporary perspectives on personal and cultural change.
I also host Soul Loom, a long-form podcast featuring conversations on identity, inner life, and the forces that shape how we move through transition. Alongside the podcast, my writing appears in publications including DWC Magazine, Beam Media, Awakened Magazine, and Brainz Magazine.
At the centre of my work is a single function:
to hold perspective when people are between chapters — until direction becomes visible again.
